Send Form Submissions to WhatsApp
Get Website Leads Where You’ll Actually Reply

Web2Phone receives your website form submissions and delivers them to WhatsApp. You can also send to email (or choose both) — and every submission is stored in your dashboard.

Works with contact forms, quote forms, booking forms, lead capture forms, and more.

Not sure if this fits?

Choose the intent that matches your search:

Email Is Easy to Miss. Leads Aren’t.

Most websites send submissions to an inbox. Then the real world happens: spam filtering, busy days, missed notifications, and unread messages.

  • Leads sit in email for hours (or days).
  • Some submissions land in spam/promotions.
  • Forwarding rules and shared inboxes fail silently.
  • You respond late — and lose the job.

Web2Phone fixes this: submissions arrive on WhatsApp instantly, with optional email delivery and a dashboard record.

✓ What You Get

  • WhatsApp notifications for website form submissions
  • Email delivery too (optional, or send to both)
  • Dashboard log so nothing vanishes
  • Domain allow-listing + rate limiting
  • Automated spam checks in the embed script

Set Up in 3 Steps

Keep your form. Web2Phone receives submissions on our backend, attempts delivery to WhatsApp/email (your choice), and stores a record.

1

Create an Endpoint

Sign up, create an endpoint, choose WhatsApp delivery (and email if you want), and set your allowed domains.

2

Add Web2Phone Attributes

Add your public key to the form and include the embed script. You keep your HTML/CSS and field layout.

Receive Submissions

Delivered to WhatsApp and/or email based on your endpoint settings — and saved in your dashboard.

Example: HTML Form → WhatsApp

<form data-web2phone="form"
      data-public-key="YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY"
      data-endpoint="https://web2phone.co.uk/api/v1/submit/">

  <input type="text" name="name" placeholder="Your name" required>
  <input type="email" name="email" placeholder="Your email" required>
  <textarea name="message" placeholder="How can we help?" required></textarea>

  <button type="submit">Send</button>
  <p data-w2p-output></p>
</form>

<script src="https://web2phone.co.uk/static/formsapp/js/embed.js"></script>

Tip: Add domain allow-listing so only your approved domains can submit to your endpoint.

Common Questions

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Web2Phone uses Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver messages. You connect your number during setup.

Can I send to WhatsApp and email at the same time?

Yes. You can choose WhatsApp only, email only, or both per endpoint.

What happens if WhatsApp delivery fails?

If WhatsApp delivery fails, Web2Phone attempts email delivery. If delivery fails entirely, the submission is stored in your dashboard.

Does this work on static sites?

Yes. As long as you can add a standard HTML form and include the embed script, it works.
